* Each pattern is uniquely inspired and designed. We carefully choose which stitches will create a unique look and eye popping texture. We, then, will create a gauge swatch of stitches we choose, of stitches x rows = certain measurements. We will create the designated design we envision, making design in a sample size, and while checking gauge throughout. After sample size is made, we will start in the construction phase of writing out the pattern and making sure all the deets are in check and getting for the first look into testers hands, before we hit the publish button. Then, anyone can make and enjoy a new uniquely handmade piece for our inspiration.

Each selected tester understands and agrees to these terms — even though the pattern is in the testing phase, Colty Stitched holds the rights still to the pattern in full. Don’t sell this pattern off as your own, as Colty Stitched owns the pattern. Don’t copy or paste the pattern in portions or in full. Don’t use or copy or claim or sell any photos off as your own, as they belong to Colty Stitched. Don’t translate or use this pattern for teaching purposes, unless prior permission from Colty Stitched. As a selected tester, you may sell what you make from the pattern, but you are strongly encouraged to credit me as the designer and my website, as the pattern belongs to Colty Stitched. Always tag @coltystitched and designated hashtag when posting, to be featured and for us to see.
